Where You’ll Be

Stalls are spread across four locations around St Mary’s:

  • Inside the church — produce and craft stalls
  • Outside in the church grounds
  • The Food Court — a dedicated area for hot food stalls
  • Church Green, near the Festival Arena

Power & Connectivity

Power

Any stall needing mains-type electricity must use one of the festival’s 16A commando sockets, at a flat £100 each. If your stall’s power draw exceeds 16A, let us know when you book — we’ll arrange an additional socket on a case-by-case basis. Solar and gas power are welcome; diesel and petrol generators are not permitted for food hall stalls.

Wi-Fi

Free, secure Wi-Fi is available inside St Mary’s for stallholders, with a separate guest network for visitors. There is no Wi-Fi coverage outside the church.

How to Book

Returning Stallholders

You’ll receive an email invitation to rebook — please check your junk folder if you don’t see it.

New Stallholders

Email wfofad@witneyparish.org.uk with a description of your products, your stall size, and any power needs.

A booking is only confirmed once both payment and proof of insurance (minimum £5m public liability) have been received.

What Our Stallholders Say

Lovely day as always. We ended up throwing almost nothing away so very pleased.

Mark Lees, Crayfish Capers

We had an incredible sales day, we beat all previous years since we’ve been coming. We would very much love to be invited again next year.

Jenny Allsopp

WFOFAD is truly an A++ organised event and an example to others.
