A day-long programme of fantastic local performers
Our live music stage has become one of the most popular parts of WFOFAD, with a day-long programme of fantastic local performers. From singer-songwriters and folk duos to rock bands, choirs, and community groups, the variety of talent on show creates a wonderful atmosphere throughout the festival.
The 2027 line-up will be announced nearer the festival. In the meantime, here’s who performed at WFOFAD 26:

10:15–10:35 — Colin Greenway
Colin has a love for songs of the folk revival from the 1950s to 70s. He is a respected elder statesman of acoustic folk in West Oxon and continues to help out and MC at local clubs.
10:40–11:15 — Ben Whittaker and Toby Auld
A local duo who perform mostly their own music based on Americana.
11:25–12:00 — Kim Hobday and Heather Niness
Independent folk musicians who are very active in the Oxfordshire folk scene. When working together, they like to explore harmonies and original arrangements.
12:10–12:50 — Jaybirds
A group of vibrant women with enthusiasm to sing in close harmony any songs from Folk to Rock and Roll.
13:00–13:50 — The Dust Dogs
A three-piece blues/rock band based in Oxfordshire known for playing a mix of original, high-energy rock and covers.
14:00–14:45 — Barefoot Molly
A quintet whose music draws from diverse styles but folk music is at the band’s heart. They have talented singer-songwriters and perform at many festivals and events.
14:55–15:40 — Jesters
A three-piece folk band from Oxford, mixing their own contemporary songs with sung poetry and rabble-rousing fiddle and guitar tunes.
15:45–16:30 — Dr. Robert
A local acoustic band playing a wide range of well-loved covers.
