Our live music stage has become one of the most popular parts of WFOFAD, with a day-long programme of fantastic local performers. From singer-songwriters and folk duos to rock bands, choirs, and community groups, the variety of talent on show creates a wonderful atmosphere throughout the festival.

The 2027 line-up will be announced nearer the festival. In the meantime, here’s who performed at WFOFAD 26:

A flavour of WFOFAD 26

  • Colin Greenway: acoustic folk songs from the 1950s to the 1970s
  • Ben Whittaker and Toby Auld: original Americana
  • Jaybirds: close harmony singing, from folk to rock and roll
  • The Dust Dogs: energetic blues and rock
  • Barefoot Molly: contemporary folk
  • Dr. Robert: acoustic covers of well-loved songs

Pick up a trail sheet from the Parker Bullen stall, then explore the festival to find the letter signs at selected stalls. Record each letter and where you found it, then put the letters together to solve the mystery word.

Take your completed sheet back to the Parker Bullen stall to claim a small prize!

Festival Arena on Church Green

Take time during your visit to enjoy the Festival Arena on Church Green, where clubs from the local community showcase their skills, enthusiasm and dedication.

Performances run throughout the day, with a mix of performing arts, music and physical disciplines. It is a chance to support local clubs and organisations and celebrate the talent of young people in our community.

The 2027 Festival Arena programme will be announced nearer the festival.
