Book a Stall at WFOFAD

Visitors chatting at a stall in the churchyard

Join more than 60 independent producers and community organisations at WFOFAD, our annual volunteer run celebration of local artisan food and drink. A large fun fair takes place the same day, next door on The Leys, and many fair goers spontaneously drop into WFOFAD as well. With around 4,000 visitors, a strong community atmosphere and stalls across St Mary’s, its grounds and Church Green, the festival offers a distinctive setting for small independent businesses.

£25 per metre

These stalls are mainly located inside St Mary’s and around the church grounds.

Hot, Chilled or Frozen Food Stalls

For stalls selling food or drink that needs to be served hot, chilled or frozen, including ice cream and other temperature controlled products.

Most of these stalls are located in the Food Court, with some pitches nearby and a small number inside St Mary’s.

Information and Charity Stalls

For organisations promoting a healthy lifestyle, including charities.

£25 per metre

These stalls are mainly located on Church Green.

Final positions are allocated by the organisers, taking account of what each stall sells, power requirements and the overall balance of the festival.

Please note: tables are not supplied, there is no parking on the festival site, food businesses must be registered with their local authority, and stallholders must hold Public and Product Liability insurance of at least £5,000,000. Read the stall terms and conditions for 2027 (PDF).

Power Supply Options

Inside St Mary’s

  • Display lighting or a computer: one standard socket for £25.
  • Heating, cooking, refrigeration or freezing: email us a list of the equipment you plan to use. We will check whether the church supply can safely support the load and give you a price.

Outside

  • Your own supply (free): you may use your own gas or solar power.
  • Festival electricity supply: we can provide power through 13A sockets or a 16A Commando connection, from the mains or our generator. Email us a list of the equipment you plan to use and we will quote. The cost is typically £50 to £100 per supply.

Petrol and diesel generators are not permitted. Apart from gas and solar, all electricity outside must come from the festival supply.

Wi Fi

Free secure Wi Fi is available inside St Mary’s for stallholders, with a separate guest network for visitors. There is no Wi Fi coverage outside the church.

On the Day

The site opens at 06:30 for unloading and setting up. Stallholders should allow plenty of time to unload, move their vehicle off site and prepare their stall.

All vehicles must be removed from the festival site by 09:00, and all stalls must be ready by that time. A compulsory safety briefing takes place at 09:30.

Trading runs from 10:00 to 16:30. Stallholders may only begin packing up after the festival closes at 16:30.
